How are your products made?
We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected].
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

At Toon World we always try to send your products in perfect condition. However, occasionally, a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, or it is damaged in delivery or is the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 4 days of receiving your item with photos of wrong/damaged items. We will then advise you on whether you are eligible for a refund.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product(s) onto the same payment method you used for the purchase. Alternatively, we may offer to reprint (if applicable) and resend the item.

Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, as according to UK law you can ask for a refund within 14 days of receiving your product, by contacting us on [email protected].

You must return the product to us in an unused state, complete with packaging and all components within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation, and you must pay the cost of returning the product to our nominated address (which we will confirm to you in reply to your cancellation email).

We will refund the purchase price you have paid for the product within 14 days of the items return. We will reimburse the price you have paid for the product(s) onto the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted in person at our office address and you must contact us by email before returning the goods.

What happens if my item could not be delivered?
Any package that is returned as ‘undeliverable’ 'not called for' or for any other reason, we will notify you via your registered email address. If you re-arrange delivery it will be subject to a redelivery charge. If you do not re-arrange delivery with us, within 25 days of the notice, we will dispose of your package and no refund or compensation will be available to you.
When will I get my order?

You should receive your order within 5 - 12 days after placing your order with Toon World.

3-7 days for product fulfilment
2-5 days for shipping

PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes packages may be delayed for some unexpected reason or in customs but unfortunately this is out of our control.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
  • Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
